Do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we require at least 24-hours notice. Otherwise, we charge a cancellation fee half the price of the service booked. This also applies if you are beyond 15 minutes late and we are unable to accommodate you. We will charge the fee and reschedule your appointment.
If you cancel a portion of your services on the same day of your appointment, this is considered a late cancellation. We will charge half the price of the service removed. This does not apply if the stylist suggests an alteration.
The cancellation policy does not apply in circumstances of illness if you provide a doctor’s note or proof of a positive COVID test. We try to be fair with this policy while also honoring the time of our stylists.
What protocols do you have related to sickness/COVID?
If you are sick, please notify the salon and do not come in for your appointment. We are mask optional. Please respect those who choose to wear them. If you prefer your stylist to wear a mask, our stylists will gladly accommodate. If you have tested positive for COVID, we ask that you wait at least five days before rescheduling your appointment and wear a mask in the salon within 10 days of testing positive.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds for services. If you need an adjustment to your service, please let us know within 14 days of your initial appointment. It is not considered an adjustment if the correction is different from the original service discussed. We do not offer refunds for retail products, but you can exchange a product within 30 days of the original sale.
How do I book an appointment for a major transformation?
If you are making a major transformation to your current look, please call (347)599-2001, and we will help you book a complimentary consultation with one of our stylists.
Does Angela book online?
No. Angela only takes returning clients due to high demand. If you are a returning client, please call the salon to make an appointment with Angela.
